Açıklama:

Bu hata SQL Server'a veri tabanı attach yaparken oluşmakta. Genellikle windows vista ve türevi sistemlerde bu yetki hatasını vermekte.

Çözüm:

SQL Server Management Studio Express 'i çalıştırmadan üzerine sağ tıklayıp yönetici olarak çalıştır denilirse bu hatadan kurtulmuş olursunuz.
